- Justec isn't trained on generic FAQs. We train it on your business — your tone, your offers, your scheduling rules, what to escalate, what to handle alone. It's built to feel like a member of your team, not a help-desk widget.
- No. Justec lives in front of your existing tools. Conversations flow into your CRM, calendar, and inbox — wherever your team already works. Nothing to migrate, nothing to abandon.
- English, German, and Portuguese, all natively. Justec detects the visitor's language and replies in kind. Additional languages on request.
- Justec books meetings, takes payments, captures phone numbers, sends follow-ups, and hands off to a human when the conversation calls for it. The scope is set during onboarding — Justec only does what you've signed off on.
- It says so, and it offers a hand-off — either to a human on your team or to a follow-up commitment ("we'll get back to you by Tuesday"). Justec never invents an answer.
- Conversations are stored on EU servers (Hetzner, Frankfurt). GDPR-compliant by default. Customers can request deletion at any time. No data is shared with third parties beyond the providers needed to run the service.
